- No Returns or Refunds: Items paid for upon delivery cannot be returned or refunded. However, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction at the time of delivery. You may request up to 2-3 pairs for fitting or different colors to find the perfect fit and style before making your payment. Our delivery personnel will wait while you try on the items. This ensures you are happy with your purchase right from the start.

- Exchanges: Items purchased through our Pay on Order service can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

- Returns and Refunds: We offer full refunds for Pay on Order items under the following circumstances:
- Sold Out Items: If you pay for an item that is sold out, we will offer a full refund.
- Original Condition: All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
